The organizing committee steers the research day by choosing the key topics and inviting the main speakers. They also create the basic schedule for the day.

Program and Operations Committee
Responsible for the comprehensive planning and execution of the event, from the initial call for abstracts and speaker invitations to managing logistics, coordinating volunteers, and ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees. The team is also responsible for the sponsorship.
