Our Research Day will also host an exciting vendor show open from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM in the atrium of the RI-MUHC. This is more than just an exhibition; it’s a chance to discover cutting-edge technologies, innovative services, and the organizations that are actively supporting our research endeavors. We sincerely encourage all attendees to make a point of visiting the booths of our generous sponsors. Their partnership is essential to the advancement of our research community. As a token of our appreciation for your engagement, we will be giving away prizes to those who take the time to visit and learn about our sponsors. Take advantage of this opportunity to network, expand your knowledge, and perhaps be one of our lucky prize winners. Stampable participation sheets will be available at the registration desk. Get it stamped at each sponsor booth! Note that you do not need to register to participate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visit sponsor booths to collect stamps and earn raffle entries! The more booths you visit, the more chances you get to win. Up to 4 chances per person!

  1. Get your raffle sheet<\/strong> at the registration table.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Visit sponsor booths<\/strong> and collect stamps next to each sponsor logo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Earn raffle entries based on how many booths you visit:<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • 5 stamps = 1 raffle entry<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 6 stamps = 2 entries<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 7 stamps = 3 entries<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • All booths visited = 4 entries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Return your stamped sheet to the registration table<\/strong>. You will receive the number of entry slips corresponding to your stamps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Write your name on each entry slip.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Choose your prize(s): Drop your slips into the box(es) for the prize(s) you want to win. You may place multiple slips in one box or spread them out.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
