Our Research Day will also host an exciting vendor show open from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM in the atrium of the RI-MUHC. This is more than just an exhibition; it’s a chance to discover cutting-edge technologies, innovative services, and the organizations that are actively supporting our research endeavors. We sincerely encourage all attendees to make a point of visiting the booths of our generous sponsors. Their partnership is essential to the advancement of our research community. As a token of our appreciation for your engagement, we will be giving away prizes to those who take the time to visit and learn about our sponsors. Take advantage of this opportunity to network, expand your knowledge, and perhaps be one of our lucky prize winners. Participation sheets will be available at registration. Collect barcode labels from each sponsor booth and place them on your sheet to participate. Note that you do not need to register to participate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Get your participation sheet<\/strong> at the registration table.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Visit sponsor booths<\/strong> and collect one barcode sticker from each sponsor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Earn raffle entries based on the number of sponsors visited.<\/strong>\n

      3 sponsors visited = 3 entries
      5 sponsors visited = 5 entries

    • Return to the registration table<\/strong> to scan or enter your sticker codes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Choose your prize(s): allocate your entries to the prize(s) you want to win. You may put all entries toward one prize or distribute them across multiple prizes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Go all-in: Put all your entries into one prize for the best odds of winning that specific prize
      Spread it out: Distribute your entries across multiple prizes to increase your chances of winning
