It&#8217;s about distilling complex research into an engaging and accessible presentation within a very tight timeframe. For your 3 minutes presentation, please note the following guidelines:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A single static PowerPoint of PDF slide is permitted, without animations (format 16:9 for Windows PC)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presentations are limited to 3 minutes maximum and competitors exceeding 3 minutes are disqualified<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No additional electronic media (sound and video files) are permitted&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No accessories are permitted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presentations are to be spoken word (no songs, poems, etc.)&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please send your slide to contact@idigh.ca before April 27, 4pm.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Three Minute Thesis is a competition that challenges graduate students to clearly and concisely explain their research topic and its significance to a non-specialist audience in just three minutes.
