To prepare for your 12-minute oral presentation, followed by a 3-minute question period, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Your presentation should be prepared for a Windows PC. While PPTX is the recommended format, other compatible formats can be used like PDF. However, online presentation platforms are not recommended due to potential website restrictions, including the blocking of Google by the MUHC.
• Please design your slides in a 16:9 aspect ratio for optimal display.
• Make sure your slides are clear, concise, and effectively communicate your information.
• The presenter view will not be available during your presentation. It is crucial to practice your delivery to ensure it comfortably fits within the 12-minute timeframe, keeping in mind you will not have access to notes during the actual presentation.
