Our Research Day will also host an exciting vendor show open from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM in the atrium of the RI-MUHC. Collect barcode labels from each sponsor booth and place them on your sheet to participate. Note that you do not need to register to participate.

1. Get your participation sheet at the registration table.
2. Visit sponsor booths and collect one barcode sticker from each sponsor.
3. Earn raffle entries based on the number of sponsors visited.
   • 📊 Entry Examples:
     3 sponsors visited = 3 entries
     5 sponsors visited = 5 entries
     All 7 sponsors visited = 7 entries
4. Return to the registration table to scan or enter your sticker codes.
5. Choose your prize(s): allocate your entries to the prize(s) you want to win. You may put all entries toward one prize or distribute them across multiple prizes.
